The memory layer · est. 2026
The memory layer of the AI era.
Owned by the user. Seamlessly accessible to any agent you authorize.
Lossless quietly captures every digital stream of data in your life — files, emails, texts, financials, properties and asset data. We designed it to deeply understand each artifact and to normalize, summarize and connect each and every crumb of data it extracts into a highly structured, meticulously categorized and organized vault of your entire digital life.
A single secure AI-ready repository for all digital artifacts. Structured with immaculate precision and accuracy. Connected, indexed and summarized. Each record tells a connected story and any of your records can be shared with AI agents you selectively authorize.
The faithful ledger of your life — secure, agentic, complete and private. Fully yours. Nothing gets lost.
Every electronic record consolidated into a single unified repository.
Your refund stalled. Lossless noticed.
One Amazon return. Six systems provided a puzzle piece of the overall context. None owned making sure you get your money back. Amazon claimed the refund was processed. Yet nothing got deposited in your Chase account. The return window quietly closed and your Amazon orders page claimed the return was complete. Yet when you click into the return status the “Refund deposit” step remained at Pending — three screens deep. Amazon sometimes has glitches that fail to deposit return deposits and the only way to know is to click on every return and go three screens deep into the refund status which can take hours across all returns.
Lossless stitched all the emails, records, transactions and events across all systems reconciling the individual events and timeline and signaled you to take action and call Amazon to resolve the stall before the window closes and your money is gone.

Three principles. Nothing in the product violates them.
Your data is yours. We hold it on your behalf.
Lossless does not sell your data, share your data, or train shared models on it. The user is the principal; we are the custodian. Where we can prove the constraint with cryptography instead of a promise, we use cryptography. Promises drift; math doesn't.
Every record carries its provenance.
Every record in Lossless ships in a Provenance Envelope — payload, origin, and seal. Any agent that reads it can verify where it came from without trusting our servers. Court-grade audit, by construction.
Read-only by design. Never write back.
Lossless requests the minimum scope needed to read what you let us read. We never request
send,
never request
delete,
never modify your accounts. The most personal database in your life should never be a write surface for an AI.
Every AI agent will need memory. Whose?
The next decade of AI will be built on agents. Each one is more useful when it remembers what you've already done. Lossless is the layer that makes that possible — and it ships to the agents you authorize through three distribution channels: native platform connectors, the direct API, and your own Lossless app.
What happens when every source is linked.
Each card is a real-life situation where the answer lives across a dozen apps — and Lossless reads them as one story. Drag, scroll, or use the arrow keys.
One memory. Many workspaces.
Lossless organizes your records into focused workspaces — the way you actually think about your life. Same underlying ledger; different lenses, different value, different agents.

Your inbox is an unorganized archive of records that matter.
You spend hours every month hunting for the receipt, the contract, the policy renewal, the booking confirmation. Or worse — you don't find them at all, and the missing record costs you a refund, a deduction, a deadline. Lossless reads twenty years of email, parses every attachment, extracts the fields that matter, and links each one to the right vehicle, property, person, account, or trip. Gmail-search by keyword becomes ask-anything by meaning.
What Lossless surfaces and structures:
- Expenses — every receipt, vendor, line item, and the card it was charged on
- Reservations — flights, hotels, restaurants, rentals, calendar-aware
- Tax documents — W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, EOBs, charitable receipts, mortgage interest
- Payment transactions — Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, ACH confirmations matched to bank lines
- Loan payments & notices — mortgage, auto, BNPL schedules + escrow + rate-change alerts
- Sensitive personal information — IDs, contracts, settlements, medical — flagged and sealed
"I reconstructed over 9,000 purchases from my own inbox and filed tax amendments for two years. It's incredible how much of your life is sitting in your email."

Unified financial ledger across every account.
How many portals did you log into for your last loan approval, HELOC, or mortgage refinance? Eight? Twelve? Each one a different login, a different format, a different week added to your close while interest rates moved against you. The cost isn't the paperwork — it's the days you can't get back.
With the Lossless Ledger, every checking, savings, credit card, brokerage, retirement, HELOC, installment loan, and personal-payment transaction and statement is unified into one consistent format and structure — and automatically reconciled with the purchases, orders, bills, and invoices behind them. The result is a full chain of every financial event, from the moment of purchase all the way to delivery, refund, and the deposit clearing in your bank. Every step in between, sealed.
- One unified format across all institutions and account types
- HELOC, mortgage, and brokerage statements parsed (PDFs included)
- Every transaction linked to receipt → shipment → refund → bank line
- Refinance- and underwriting-ready packets in one click — no portal hopping
- Tax-relevant categorization, year-end ready, audit-trail intact
"I haven't manually entered a transaction in eight months. The reconciliation just happens."

The Unified Provenance Ledger.
August 2024. Our family buys an electric jetboard. Twelve thousand nine hundred and ninety dollars on a 24-month Affirm plan. The order email arrives. The manual lands in Drive.
That fall, Tahoe. The next spring, Donner. Two hundred and forty-seven photos. Eighty-nine videos. Fourteen trip events on the calendar. Twenty-four Plaid payments matched against the Affirm plan, on the dot, every month.
Summer 2025. Over a Zoom call one Saturday, my son and I have the same idea at the same time: what if we rented it out? A pitch to my wife. A slide deck. A "Lake Crew" iMessage thread. Eighteen renters. Twelve PayPal payouts. Six Venmo transfers. A 2025 P&L the system writes for us.
Three years on. All of it — the financing, the manual, the photos, the trips, the Zoom recordings, the deck, the texts, the payments, the P&L — lives in one sealed record. Payload. Origin. Seal. Verifiable by any agent we authorize, without trusting our servers.
One asset. One envelope. Three years of family life, sealed with provenance. Nothing got lost.

I used Lossless to find every charging session, service receipt, and FasTrak charge for two Teslas across three years — for my taxes — in about six minutes. The CPA called to ask which app I used.
I had 18 years of Gmail and gave up trying to find anything. Lossless made my inbox the most useful thing I own again.
Other "memory" products remembered what I told them. Lossless remembers what I did. Different product.
I run two cars and a rental property. Finally one place that knows what's mine, what's hers, what's the duplex's.
I dictate while walking from the car. Two weeks later it's a clean expense report — already linked to the bank charge. No filing, no shoebox, no mental load.
The Provenance Envelope is what sold me. Every claim has a receipt. I plug Claude into my own ledger and the answers are auditable. Compliance loved it.
Three steps. Then it's quietly working in the background.
